Edward MacGuire III, of Colorado Springs, successfully completed four years of challenging academic, physical and professional military training and graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor of science degree in history and a commission as a U.S. Navy Ensign.

He is a graduate of Air Academy High School.

MacGuire was a member of the varsity men’s heavyweight crew team his plebe year as well as other leadership roles throughout his time at the Academy.
