Taylor Mezel plucks cucumbers Wednesday at Charmaine Nymann Community Garden at Bear Creek Regional Park. Mezel and her wife, Andy, signed up for their first year renting a 20-by-40-foot garden plot and planted corn, broccoli, cabbage, peppers and much more.
