In Divide, of 12 homes sold, the highest-priced was $1,075,000, the lowest $368,000. In Florissant, of 13 homes sold, the highest-priced was $1,486,094, the lowest, $240,000. In the Cripple Creek/victor area, 8 homes sold, the highest-priced was $558,000, the lowest, $78,000. In Ute Pass, of 9 homes sold, the highest-priced was $989,920, the lowest, $125,000.
