Ralph Pettinari, 2346 E. Platte Ave., a senior at St. Mary’s high school, has received an appointment to the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, as announced today in Washington by Rep. J. Edgar Chenoweth. Pettinari will take his examinations next Spring, and if successful, he will enter the Academy at midyear.
