IN 1973
A research brief released today by the Colorado Public Expenditure Council predicts that every Colorado taxpayer could be given a 60 percent credit against his 1974 individual income tax or that every man, woman and child could be given a $60 tax refund. Either of these could be done immediately by using surplus state funds, according to John Quigley of the independent tax research agency which projects increased spending of 11.5 percent annually.
