I don’t know why, but I am surprised that the City Council voted to allow Colorado Springs Utilities to continue with their water tank, which exceeds the height that was approved. It must be nice to have connections. Then it approved a utility rate increase for 2024. It must be nice to have connections. I wish I had someone to represent me on the council.
