Tori (Lanie McAuley) and June (Katerina Maria) are in Nashville recording their first album while Bones (Chris Jericho) is home on the farm getting everything ready for the whole family to be together at Christmas. But when the sisters get a chance to perform on a live Christmas Eve show, they are faced with a dicult decision: Should they do the show and get a much-needed boost in the industry or spend a very special Christmas with their family?

The British period drama concludes its second season with “Farewells.” Bella (Natascha McElhone) must act decisively to salvage her investment in the Hotel Portofino, but at what cost to her relationships and her children? Just when things seem to be going Bella’s way, tragedy strikes with fatal consequences for one member of the family.

Season 2 of the hit Paramount Network drama Yellowstone continues on CBS with two episodes tonight. In “Touching Your Enemy,” Jamie (Wes Bentley) tries desperately to walk back a previous mistake. In “Blood the Boy,” John (Kevin Costner) partners with former foes.

History, beginning at 9 p.m.
History’s eight-episode docuseries chronicling the personal life, political career and presidency of John F. Kennedy continues with three back-to-back hourlong episodes. The series concludes tomorrow night (Monday, Nov. 20).

Hallmark Channel, 9 p.m. ■ Original Film
Abby (Emily Tennant) connects with an anonymous caller while working at a cooking hotline, and unknowingly becomes smitten with him in real life.
Planes, Trains and Christmas Trees
Lifetime, 9 p.m. ■ Original Film
This updated spin on the classic Steve Martin/John Candy comedy finds event planner Kayley (Kathryn Davis) and sports agent Brett (Olivier Renaud) unable to fly home from a business trip in Indiana due to a terrible snowstorm. Determined to get back to New York by Christmas Eve, the two team up and try to make their own way home, but when the storm hits, they’re forced to seek refuge in a sleepy Ohio town, which ignites some much-needed holiday magic.

In the Season 2 finale of this British crime drama, a brutal murder on Glasgow’s canals hits close to home when the victim is identified as a former police ocer.
Incredible Animal Journeys

New Series
Jeremy Renner narrates this natural history series that explores how millions of animals migrate across our planet daily using routes passed down through generations. Two hourlong episodes air back-to-back tonight. First, in “Ocean Odysseys,” jump onboard with the dedicated ocean moms risking it all to bring new life into the world. Then, in “Chasing the African Rains,” join the creatures learning to live life on the move as they follow the rainfall on the usually dry African savanna.
Fear the Walking Dead
AMC, 10 p.m. ■ Series Finale
When Madison Clark (Kim Dickens) came back from the dead for the Season 7 finale, we buckled up and prepared for this final season with a heightened optimism for our remaining few survivor favorites. While the best ending would be Morgan (Lennie James) returning with Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) with him, we aren’t holding our breath.
